Welcome to my corporate workshop,

An experiential session focused on stress management, de-escalation techniques, and the transformative power of breath.

In this workshop, participants explore the physiological changes that occur within the nervous system during periods of high stress and burnout. We examine how conscious breathing serves as a powerful tool to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, supporting a shift from a fight-or-flight response to a more regulated state of rest and restoration.

The session includes a guided body scan designed to help staff identify emotional and physical responses to stress and recognize where these experiences manifest in the body. This practice empowers participants to better understand their needs and identify strategies that provide emotional and mental support during challenging moments.

Participants are also led through a guided breathwork meditation, incorporating sound therapy and music to support stress release and facilitate a shift in overall state. The workshop concludes with a grounding exercise, a Q&A session, and practical guidance on integrating these techniques into daily routines for sustainable, long-term benefits.

Rates: Group Session (30 - 60 minutes)
