Welcome to my corporate workshop, 30 Minutes on stress management, de-escalation techniques, and the transformative power of breath.
In this session, we explore the physiological changes that occur in the nervous system during periods of stress and how breath serves as an effective tool to activate the parasympathetic system, facilitating a shift from fight or flight to a state of rest and digest.
We journey through a body scan exercise that helps staff identify their feelings and where they manifest in their body. This practice will empower them to recognize their needs and discover what provides emotional and mental support in challenging moments.
Additionally, we engage in a guided breathwork meditation, integrating sound therapy and music to help shift the body's energy frequency and release stored stress and emotions. Finally, we conclude with a grounding session and a Q&A, as well as techniques on how to incorporate these exercises into daily routine for lasting benefits.
