~"A healer is someone who ignites within you, your ability to heal yourself."~

Welcome to my practice. I'm a Registered Psychotherapist who helps guide clients down their own intuitive path of emotional healing. I do this by helping people re-connect to their authentic selves and inner knowing.  Practicing wellness has been a large part of my own personal life for well over a decade. My many walks of life and my own healing journey have hugely contributed to my work as an empathetic and relatable therapist. With an intuitive and genuine ability to connect with others, I love my work. My passion is in helping others identify, heal and transform patterns of thinking and behaving that no longer serve them. I want all clients to understand they possess the inner wisdom required to create meaningful change for themselves.

Relationships are an incredibly meaningful part of our lives. I've learned through both personal and professional experience that when our relationships suffer, we can feel extreme frustration and an overwhelming sense of despair. Currently studying the Gottman Institute method, I am eager and excited to offer couple's counselling in my practice, very soon.

Incredibly passionate about vibration and energy healing, I also offer breathwork & sound meditation (workshops & retreats). Truly fascinated by the healing power of our breath, I believe it is an incredibly under-utilized tool that each and every one of us have at our disposal. With a particular interest in the ancient wisdom of sound healing, I feel it's the perfect compliment to the breathwork experience.

As an ally, inclusivity is very important to me. I work with people from all walks of life, and invite members of the LGBTQ community as well as people of color to my practice. Aligned with my life's calling, I feel honored to work as a member of the healing community and I welcome the opportunity to connect with all clients in a meaningful way.
